If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days from the date you have received the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on swimwear and intimate apparel.

Follow below steps for an easy return:

  1. Fill out the Return Form: Download OR enclose a copy of the original shipping note together with the items being returned into the parcel.
  2. Take package to carrier of choice and select preferred method of shipment*.
  3. Send to:

*The return of FOX products is your responsibility and it will be at your own cost and expense. Therefore, we recommend you use a reputable carrier/courier service that offers you the possibility of tracking your return.

Once your return is received and inspected by Fox’s Returns Department, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

It may take between 2 and 4 weeks to fully process your return and refund.

Please contact our Customer Service immediately in case you have received an incomplete, wrong or damaged order. The return will be then organized by the company.


Unfortunately, at the moment we do not process direct exchanges. In case you want to change size or color of one or more items from your order:

  1. Follow the same instructions of a standard return (see above).
  2. Place a new order for the replacement items.


If you have paid with PayPal you can request a refund for the return postage directly from Paypal.

How does it work?

  2. Log in to your Paypal account, select the order and click on “Request return shipping refund”.
  3. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.
  4. PayPal will then retroactively reimburse up to €30 to your PayPal account within 10 business days.


Every product that Fox sells is covered by a Two-Years warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.

In case you didn’t purchase this item with one of our dealers, please contact them, as you have a commercial contract with them directly. They will then assist you and forward your case to our Fox contact person.


Extended returns period for Christmas 2021. You can request the return of your product(s) until January 15th 2022 for those orders received by you until December 31st (included). For orders received by you as of January 1st 2021, the ordinary return period shall apply.


The following return terms are ONLY applicable to the “Mystery Box”: You can return your “Mystery Box” (which shall include all the items part of the box) for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. The purchase of a “Mystery Box” is intended as a purchase of one single product. Therefore, the return of a single item contained in the “Mystery Box” or size changes won’t be accepted.

All the items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. The return of FOX products is your responsibility and it shall be at your own cost and expense.

By returning the full order FOX will also refund the shipping costs of the original order. The refund will be made to your original method of payment.
